About Ordering
To help eliminate potential errors, all personalized pieces must be ordered in writing by mail or fax. Pieces which are not personalized may be ordered by phone. If we have the non-personalized piece you want in stock, we'll be happy to ship it right away.

Orders we receive by mail or fax will be acknowledged by mail.
When we ship a gift for you, we will send you a note to let you know that the piece is on its way.
We do not enclose ordering information in packages shipped to the recipient of a gift.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
