Helpful Hints:

1.  Orders for our personalized pieces must be in writing: sent to us online, by fax or in the mail.

2.  Before sending your order form, be sure you have filled it out completely.  We need ALL the information requested.

3.  Often faxed order forms are difficult to read. Please be sure to print clearly.

4.  Avoid the mistakes that lead to the expense of re-ordering:  Never assume that you know how to spell names -- check wedding invitations or baby announcements for correct spelling and dates. 

5.  Most Brides and Grooms appreciate receiving gifts at their homes or the home of their parents, NOT at the wedding.  Transporting wedding gifts after the reception puts undue stress on the parents. (We know!)

6.  Plural proper names do not have an apostrophe: The Smiths (not: The Smith's).

7.  The plural of names ending with "s" -add "es".  So, the plural of Barnes is Barneses, Jones is Joneses.  If these plurals make you uncomfortable, perhaps you would rather use "The Jones Family".

8.  To avoid re-shipping fees, please check your recipient's address to be sure they haven't moved.
